Enter the certification exam voucher code from your organization’s AppDynamics University subscription.

The AppDynamics company administrator within your organization manages the subscription and can send you the voucher code. If you’re not sure who your administrator is, contact your company’s AppDynamics Customer Success Manager to find out who manages your subscription.

Look for an email with instructions on how to register for your exam within three days after submitting this form. We can only process requests submitted with a valid voucher.
