Attention: This process has recently changed so that you can now de-register your product instances on your own.
To de-register your product instances:
Go to your My Account page on the Cisco Learning Network Store and find your order with the license that you want to de-register. (In the typical Out-of-Compliance scenario, that should be the order whose registration token you were just trying to use to register a new CML 2 installation.)
Click the 2.0 License button, then click the De-register link next to the Registration Token for the Out of Compliance license to remove all instances registered with that license.
Once complete, you will need to reregister your new instance within the CML UI Licensing page: Actions > Reregister.
